Bouncer Job in Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

• Entry & exit points par strict access control maintain karna

• Unauthorized persons ko entry se rokna

• Crowd management aur discipline maintain karna

• Physical fights, arguments ya disturbances ko professionally handle karna

• Clients aur guests ke saath polite & firm behavior rakhna

• Emergency situations (fire, medical, evacuation) mein quick response dena

• CCTV aur surveillance coordination (jahan applicable ho)

• Daily duty report aur incident reporting supervisor ko dena

• STIFF SECURITY ke code of conduct & SOPs ka strict compliance

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th pass (preferred)

• Age: 21 – 40 years

• Height & physique as per site requirement

• Physically fit & alert

• Strong communication & conflict-handling skills

• Prior experience as Bouncer / Security Guard preferred

• No criminal background (Police verification mandatory)

Preferred Candidates:

• Ex-Army / Ex-Paramilitary / Trained Security Personnel

• Club, pub, event ya hotel security experience wale candidates

• Local area knowledge advantage hoga

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (site & experience based)

• Overtime / Event allowance (if applicable)

• Uniform provided

• PF / ESI (as per eligibility)

• Timely salary through STIFF SECURITY
